Oregano Tincture

Our Oregano Tincture is a great natural remedy for a variety of ailments. It is high in antioxidants and helps to protect cells from damage. This tincture has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, making it an excellent choice for fighting infections. When taken internally, oregano tincture can help to reduce inflammation, naturally thin blood, lower blood sugar levels, lower LDL cholesterol, fight colds and flu,  and promote digestion. It can also help to boost the immune system and provide relief from coughs, asthma and other respiratory problems. 
 
This tincture can be taken orally by adding 1-15 drops in a shot glass of water up to 2x a day.
 
 
Caution:
*Should be avoided by individuals taking anti-diabetic medications due to risk of dangerously low blood sugar levels.
*Should be avoided by those on blood thinning/clotting medications.
*Plant's in the mint family must be avoided by those who are pregnant or may think they are pregnant due to potential emmenagogue actions (to stimulate menstrual flow).

*All of my tinctures are made with fresh plant matter that has been either ethically wild crafted from contaminant free areas or it has been grown organically in my own garden! I use 100 proof food grade alcohol which means each bottle has 50% water 50% alcohol so each drop is a balanced 1:1 ratio and is ready to use straight out of the bottle!
