Yarrow Tincture is a powerful herbal remedy made from the flowering herb, Yarrow. This tincture can be taken orally by adding 1-15 drops in a shot glass of water up to 2x a day. Dont take for more than 3 days in a row without taking a 1 or 2 day break in between. 
If taking for nose bleeds. Take half to one whole dropper full under tongue. if needed, repeat until it stops.

I use 100 proof food grade alcohol which means each bottle has 50% water 50% alcohol so each drop is a balanced 1:1 ratio and is ready to use straight out of the bottle!
